So You Want To Be A Cowboy

So You Want To Be A Cowboy is a gunpowder tea. As the name implies, is made up of leaves hand-rolled into tiny pellets. These resemble gunpowder, and give this tea its distinct name.  Makes a full-bodied cup with a hint of smokiness.
 
Moderate caffeine
Steep 1 tsp tea in one cup water at 180° for 2-3 minutes
2 oz bag loose leaf tea
Makes approximately 20-25 cups
