Espresso Martini

Our updated version is made with cold brew for ease and contrary to what many believe a bigger kick of caffeine. Cold brew coffee has between 200-250 mg of caffeine, while a serving of espresso has about 65-70 mg.

We recommend chilling your glass. Buckle up sit in the front row and hold up both hands. After-all it’s the best way to enjoy the ride!

1/2 ounce coffee liqueur (Kahlúa)

1 ounce espresso, freshly brewed or cold brew concentrate - cold brew recipe

1/4 ounce simple syrup

Splash of half & half or heavy cream

Garnish: see below

Steps

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with splash of half & half or cream and three coffee beans

if you like.

Perfect pick me up! I made a cold brew T. Rabbit's coffee blend. It was delicious! ☕️
